We try to take the most accurate images possible. If anything is missing, does not look right or is different than what you think it should be please get in touch.
Please click on the user icon at the top of the page then click on Order History. Here you will find a record of all your purchases and their current status.
Before you return an item to us please email info@medalkids.com with your order ID and the reason for a return. You will be given a return number to speed up the refund or replacement process.
If you would like a date fro when a product will be back in stock please contact us. If the item is on the website but showing out of stock we will be in the process of restocking as soon as we can.
We ship to nearly all countries in the world. If you country is not showing on the shipping drop down list please get in touch. We will try to find a shipping solution.
